PAPI Landing Light System Replacement

Installing and constructing an updated PAPI light system. The existing system was damaged during Hurricane Irma; the condition of the power and control lines are unknown and complete replacement is included in the project. The Contractor shall be qualified to provide such services as: 1. Conducting site assessments of existing conditions. 2. Obtaining all necessary permits. 3. Adherence to all details and specifications. 4. Connect to existing power source (see yellow square). 5. Providing preliminary layout and obtaining approval PAPI light locations. 6. Import, place and compact fill as required. 7. Construction of mounting foundations and associated concrete flatwork. 8. Demonstrate confidence and respect when working around aircraft operations (training provided). 9. The runway may be closed during construction, adherence to the establish timeline is critical. 10. Dispersal of excess fill and materials. 11. Meet the requirements of completing the project as stipulated or implied. 12. Project shall be substantially complete within 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed with an additional 30 calendar days for final completion.
