Description

The project involves remodeling all existing restrooms in order to make them ADA compliant. The architectural scope of work include the replacement of finishes, alterations and renovations to the bathroom areas. The plumbing scope of work is to include all new fixtures and piping to connect to existing domestic water and sanitary system. The mechanical scope includes new toilet room exhaust and radiant heat. All new controls are to be an extension of the existing BAS. The electrical work to include new lighting fixtures and receptacles to suit the renovated layout.
