BAS Upgrade Region 3

1. Contractor will provide all equipment, labor, materials and any needed equipment both hardware and software to upgrade the existing URView Building Automation System (BAS) to Alerton Compass software at the following locations. a. Weslaco Regional b. Brownsville c. Corpus Christi District Office d. Corpus Christi Crime Lab e. Corpus Christi Ancillary Building (formerly Driver’s License office) f. Rio Grande City 2. Contractor will provide and install: a. Seven (7) ACM - Ascent Control Modules - Interface gateways i. Battery back-ups for interface gateways (ACM) ii. Any needed expansion devices such as ACM-OC-2X485 dual port cards b. Device licensing as required for a fully operating system c. The existing URView databases will be migrated to Compass d. The existing SQL history database will be migrated to Compass e. All existing field panel networks connected to Compass f. All existing field panel controllers connected to Compass g. All existing virtual points added to Compass h. All existing user accounts added to Compass i. All existing points renamed as needed and added to Compass j. All existing trend views migrated/added to Compass k. All existing custom reports created for Compass l. All existing points migrated/added to Remote Notification m. All existing user defined views created for Compass n. All existing graphics upgraded for Compass from existing URView graphics o. Hardware as needed. p. Any other miscellaneous materials needed for a fully functional system.
