SBE (Proprietary) 15%, VSBE (Harbor) 5% Project consists of 30-foot-wide public promenade, site remediation, and building demolition. Work includes but is not limited to landscaping, hardscaping, architectural finishes, guardrails, and lighting. Scope includes items such as demolition, asbestos abatement, lead remediation, installation of new piles, pier and deck structures, structural improvements, utilities, grading, soil characterization and remediation, soil remediation of a Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board (LARWQCB) regulated site, light non-aqueous phase liquid (LNAPL)/water mix skimming, removal, and disposal, and other site improvements in accordance with Drawing Nos. 1-3410 and 1-3413. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
