The work includes the repair and/or replacement of all components necessary to ensure full operation of the JBSA Fort Sam Houston splash pad and incidental related work. Project Description The work includes the repair and/or replacement of all components necessary to ensure full operation of the JBSA Fort Sam Houston splash pad. and incidental related work. Demolition The contractor shall demolish the following components listed below: Architectural Remove existing water cannons, cut off at ground level, and grind flush to vfoundation. Mechanical Remove and dispose of existing controller, low-voltage wires to the valves, and junction boxes. Remove and replace activator, test with existing wiring and if no continuity of electrical connection, replace wiring Plumbing Remove existing spray nozzles. Remove existing valves and replace.
