Preventative Maintenance for Truck Scales

The work consists of, but is not limited to, inspect, clean and other related work as specified in the detailed specifications and/or as directed by the project supervisor. The Contractor shall provide and pay for any and all cost associated with the product/service specified herein, to include but shall not be limited to, all labor, supervision, employee payroll and benefits, work uniforms, worker identification badges, tools, equipment, parts, delivery/transport, transportation, loading and unloading, repairs and maintenance of equipment, warehousing, storage and repair facilities, and all other supplies and/or services necessary for and reasonably incidental to furnishing the product(s) and/or service(s) described herein, whether or not directly mentioned herein such as small details, which may normally not be mentioned. The purpose of this solicitation is to engage an Offeror to provide repair and maintenance service on two (2) above ground Avery Weigh-Tronix 1310 capacity 200,000 lbs. 70’ long. SN.070306724 scales located at the Baltimore City Quarantine Road Landfill (QRL), 6100Quarantine Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21226 and one (1) above ground Mettler Toledo 1310 capacity 200,000 lbs. 70’ long. SN. 5382489-5KE scale located at the Northwest Transfer Station (NWTS), 5030 Reisterstown Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21215. Offeror shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, testing equipment, transportation (labor, parts and equipment), etc. necessary and incidental to perform these scale maintenance and repair services.
