Program Management Services

The Program Manager`s scope of services will include, but not be limited to, providing or assisting with procuring and managing various services required for the Board’s capital program, including but not limited to: facility condition assessments; project needs assessments; program and project planning; coordination with other governmental entities; public engagement; project scope definition; procurement and contracting support; master and project schedule development and control; conceptual and detailed cost estimating; construction cost analysis and negotiations; change order analysis; cost control; project and program reporting; records maintenance; and coordination, administration, and management of project design, construction, close out and warranty services. The Program Manager will assist the Board in the establishment of the necessary agreements, contracts and purchases, but will not contract directly for design and construction services. The specific scope of services to be provided by the Program Manager will be set forth in Work Authorizations. A tentative list of general responsibilities is included Attachment F.
