Generator Maintenance and Repairs

to provide maintenance and repair services for the Pinellas County School Boards generators. The maintenance and services include inspections, testing, repairs and emergency services. All services performed will be to ensure that the PCSB’s generators are operating efficiently and effectively according to the manufacturer’s standards. The contract would include both scheduled as well as “as needed” and emergency basis maintenance and services. The services consist of periodic inspections, testing, minor/major repair and modifications of specified and other associated equipment. The purpose of these services is to keep the emergency generators operational to the required performance levels as designed by the original equipment manufacturer. The awarded Contractor shall furnish and deliver all necessary labor, materials, equipment and transportation required to provide all of the above-mentioned services as requested. There are currently 73 generators at school district facilities. (see attached list) Additional generators and sites may be added by school personnel during the contract period.
