| Description | The New Bedford Housing Authority (NBHA), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from qualified Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) certified contractors to provide on-call, domestic PLUMBING SYSTEMS work (NBHA-22-138). The work consists of on-call, routine, and emergency PLUMBING SYSTEMS response and repair work at the various State aided (DHCD) and Federally funded (HUD) public housing developments owned and operated by the NBHA in New Bedford, Massachusetts in accordance with the contract documents. The work under this contract shall be performed on an as needed basis. The term of the contract is for one year. The NBHA reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any or all bids, or to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, if it be in the public interest to do so. |
