Roanoke Colony Drainage Improvements

For the Roanoke Colony Drainage Improvements. Work shall include the installation of a closed drainage system within an existing open ditch drainage system in the Roanoke Colony Subdivision, including the replacement of 2 culverts and the lowering of one waterline. Also included is the re-grading of a portion of an open ditch on the dare county airport property. All Contractors submitting bids shall possess a valid North Carolina Contractors License. A Certificate of General Liability Insurance (minimum $1,000,000) and proof of workers compensation insurance shall be attached to each bid for consideration. The bidder to whom this project is awarded shall have one-hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed to complete the terms of the contract for this project. The County of Dare reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
