Replacement of selected electrical panels and HVAC console units. Regrade site and repair/ replace selected sidewalk and stairs. Foundation repair in crawl space and addition of exhaust fans and ductwork. 1.5.1. Architectural: Select concrete stair and ramp repairs, soil retainer replacement, one new door and hardware, 1.5.2. Civil: Removal and replacement of select pavement, concrete curb and sidewalks, regrading and revegetation in select areas, installation of gabion mattress for drainage 1.5.3. HVAC: Remove and replace selected HVAC console units suspended from ceilings and associated piping and valves. Add exhaust fans and duct in the 600 wing crawlspace. 1.5.4. Electrical: Remove and replace select electrical panels, remove and replace existing disconnect to HVAC consoles, provide power to new exhaust fans in crawl space. 1.5.5. Structural: Foundation repair in select areas
