Tenth Street Improvement Project

This project requires the contractor to supply all expertise, personnel, equipment and materials for construction work on NE Tenth Street located in City of Grants Pass, Josephine County, Oregon. The construction work generally consists of street improvements but is not limited to: traffic control, removal work, erosion control, installation of approximately 1,300 CUYD embankment in place, 1000 FOOT storm sewer pipe, 2400 TON aggregate base, 950 TON asphalt concrete pavement, 2260 FOOT of concrete curb and gutter, 13,260 SQFT of concrete sidewalk and driveway approaches, 814 SQFT MSE retraining wall and 1,260 FOOT removing and rebuilding fence. No pre-bid conference will be held for this project; however, Bidders are encouraged to make a site visit to become familiar with the project. Bid documents may be inspected at Josephine County Public Works, Engineering Division, located at 201 River Heights Way, Grants Pass, OR 97527, phone (541) 474-5460, fax (541) 474-5475. The class of work for which Bidders must be prequalified is Construction. Prequalification Applications must be submitted no later than 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 17, 2022. This contract is for a public works project subject to prevailing rates of wage under ORS 279C.
