A current Trane Certification needs to be provided at time of quote. The sign-in sheet will be posted with the answers to these questions. Eddy currents are not part of the contract. The tubes in the Evaporator are not cleaned. Only the Condenser. Vibration Analysis is not part of the contract. To be sent off to a lab for analysis. All questions are answered in this amendment. Disinfection is not required in the contract. Chiller Annuals are done once a year. Cooling Towers are cleaned twice a year. Quarterly inspections are done every quarter.
