Description

As of March 30, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. Project will rebid on May 2022. Project consists of a 5,027 square foot renovation to the Tri-Central Community Schools maintenance barn. The renovation will include new concrete floor, new roof and siding, new insulated overhead door, insulated walls and ceilings with new electrical services and lighting. The space will also include new heaters. This project will also incorporate an addition of an open covered storage area, much like a car port, for the purpose of storing busses when not in use. Electrical shall also be added to plug in busses when being stored. A&W Project No.: 21IN0831 Project Location: 2115 West 500 North Sharpsville, Indiana 46068 Project schedule is as follows: Start date is March 1st, 2022 with completion date of December 30th, 2022 (10 months). A Bid Bond or Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
