2023-Whitcomb Roof Replacement

The Littleton Electric Light & Water Department (or "LELWD") invites bids from qualified bidders for the roof replacement of the LELWD's garage, located at 76 Whitcomb Ave, Littleton, Massachusetts Prospective bidders must complete a one-time registration process on lelwd.com in order to receive scope of work and bid documents. In addition, questions or clarifications regarding this IFB should be submitted in writing to the attention of Chris Austermann, caustermann@lelwd.com with the IFB # in the subject line. A payment bond in an amount equal to 50%of the total amount of the bid with a surety company qualified to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts will be required for the payment under the contract for labor and materials. A bid deposit in an amount equal to 5% of the total amount of the bid will be due with the bid, in the form of a certified check, bid bond or cashier's check. The bidder agrees that its bid shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 days, Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays excluded, after the opening of the bids. All bids for this project are subject to applicable bidding laws of Massachusetts.
