Furnace Replacement - Historical Society Museum

The project consists of replacing a propane-fired furnace in the Historical Museum with a new unit and any other equipment necessary to meet the heating, fresh air exchange, dehumidifying and cooling needs of the building. The museum is a historical building consisting of 1,700 sq. ft. and is located at 45 Exeter Road. Scope of Work: 1.) Complete removal of the old furnace and unnecessary components of the current heating system. 2.) Upgrade electrical from 100-amp to 200-amp service. 3.) Install all components of a new propane furnace and supporting equipment. 4.) Raise/relocate existing ductwork servicing kitchen and main room to allow for restoration of foyer area.
