Steep Bank Flat Bank Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase III Expansion (from 3.0 MGD to 4.5 MGD)

Scope of Work: the construction of paving, proposed headworks with mechanical fine screen & grit equipment, rehab of existing headworks, replacement of existing mechanical fine screen & grit equipment/piping, modification of two oxidation ditches, proposed four blower air station with DO control and canopy, eight submersible mixers, retrievable fine bubble diffuser modules in North Oxidation Ditch, permanent fine bubble diffuser modules in North & South Oxidation Ditches, and the associated piping, fittings and valves for North & South Oxidation Ditches, one proposed UV disinfection channel and the associated UV lamps and controls, two sludge holding basins with median bubble diffusers and the associated piping, fitting and valves, one multi-stage centrifugal blower with associated air header pipes and canopy for sludge holding basins, one belt filter press and the associated backwash pump, sludge feed pump, sludge cake screw conveyors, two polymer blending systems, various canopy and slab improvements, rehab, resurfacing, and recoating work, bypass and vacuum truck pumping/hauling, debris and liquid removal, demolition, electrical improvements, programming, and other associated improvements.
