Conejo Canyons Bridge At Hill Canyon Treatment Plant (HCTP) Habitat Restoration Project

The general items of work include Habitat restoration including irrigation, planting, landscape maintenance and establishment and all appurtenant work. The Project is located near the HCTP on the northwest end of the City. The general extent of landscape maintenance may include, but is not limited to the following: 1. Tree, shrub and seeded areas. 2. Irrigation systems (including manual & water trucks). 3. Seed establishment 4. General site clean-up. 5. Temporary irrigation systems removal Estimate Amount: $240,000 The successful bidder will be required to furnish the City with requisite insurance and Payment and Performance Bonds in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price and on the forms included in the contract documents, as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders.
