| Description | The Centennial Training Center (CTC) at Fort Carson was damaged by hail in 2018. Three of the buildings at the CTC that suffered damage are Building 9120, 9125, and 9126, all included in this project scope. This project replaces and repairs metal roofing, associated insulation, metal copings, gutters, and associated flashings. Hail damaged HVAC equipment replacement includes split units, roof mounted fan and equipment covers, vents, exterior duct insulation, and other misc. work. Electrical work includes removal, reinstallation and certification of the lightning protection system where required due to roof replacement. Repair work will upgrade building components to meet 2018 ICC requirements. |
