2021 Paving

The scope of work includes paving at multiple sites. Project A: Peck Farm Parking Lot Section #1-Approximately 26,795 SF, Section #2-Approximately 11,116 SF, Section #3-Approximately 13,244 SF; Project B: Old Mill Trail Sections-Approximately 587 SF; Project C: Typical Asphalt Parking Lot Detail EACH SECTION OF PARKING LOT AT PECK FARM SHOULD BE BID SEPARATELY. To clarify the restoration, for the edges, Contractor will be responsible for bringing in topsoil and prepping the areas along the newly paved sections. Owner will seed and blanket as needed. In the event Contractor damages additional turf away from the edges, then Contractor would be responsible for turf restoration at their expense which would include topsoil, seed and possibly blanket (depending on the size of the area(s) affected).

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
