Athletic Facilities Cleaning Services

Contains the scope of work necessary for Albertson Stadium and DeChevrieux Field, contains the Extra Mile Arena scope of work. Collectively, these documents should be used to determine the time and process necessary to provide cleaning services and should be taken into consideration in the cost provided for this ITB. The Vendor will be required to discuss the specific event details 2 hours before the event start time. The Vendor shall provide cleaning services during and after games/events. In some cases, post event restroom cleaning can be performed the next day or following week depending on the venue schedule and facility needs Deadline To Receive Questions: Wednesday, 03/06/2023 5:00 PM MDT. Questions regarding Boise State Universitys Standard Contract Terms found at: website incorporated in this ITB by reference, must be submitted by the question deadline. Bid proposals are to remain valid for ninety (90) calendar days after ITB Closing Date. Proposals submitted with a validity period of less than this will be found unresponsive and will not be considered. This Invitation to Bid is to solicit cleaning services for various athletic facilities located at Boise State University's Boise campus (the "University), including: Albertsons Stadium (2023 football season and similar events), DeChevrieux Field, Stueckle Sky Center, and the Extra Mile Arena. There may also be additional cleaning services needed for the Caven Williams Complex, as requested from time to time The ITB contains specific Scopes of Work for the primary locations, with similar requests to be made for associated secondary. This ITB, and its responsive proposals, seeks to qualify Vendors that can provide the requested cleaning services in a consistent, timely, and professional manner at a competitive market rate. Due to the size and scope of these services, the University anticipates that there may be the need to award contracts to multiple qualified Vendors, who will be qualified under the terms of this ITB in the best interest of the University. The pre-bid conference/walk-through will be used to explain, clarify, or identify areas of concern in the ITB. Questions asked during the pre-bid conference will be considered informal and not part of the record. Bids must be submitted with the University-supplied Signature Page in the form provided, without modification. The Signature Page must contain an electronically-signed, unaltered signature and be returned with the relevant ITB documents. DocuSign, Adobe Sign and Sign Now are the ONLY APPROVED METHODS FOR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES. Failure to include a signed, complete, unmodified, University Signature Page shall result in a finding that the Bid is non-responsive, and no further consideration will be given to the Proposal. Regardless of fault, all damage to the facility or equipment must be reported after each event by emailing Jordan Feeney jordanfeeney@boisestate.edu This would include either damage incurred during the Vendor's servicing or non functioning or damaged items or safety issues found by the Vendor's employees (i.e. anything related to sinks, toilets, faucets, non-working outlets, damage to doors, flooring, walls, stairs etc.). The cost evaluation will be based on the total cost proposed for required products and/or services. The scores for Cost will be normalized with points awarded in proportion to its cost versus the lowest cost. The University reserves the right to name partial and/or multiple awards, in its sole discretion and in the best interest of the University. The University is not obligated to make an award pursuant to this solicitation; however, the University may make multiple awards to ensure cost savings and coverage of a number of suppliers due to staffing shortages.
