H399--Elevator Inspection Base + 4 Oys

The Inspector shall witness/perform the following tests/inspections: • Perform Annual vertical transport inspection. • Perform Semi-Annual Inspections. • Witness annual no-load safety test (traction) of the car, counterweight safeties, governors, and buffers in accordance with ANSI (American National Standards Institute) A.17 Safety Codes and local regulations. • Witness annual no-load safety test (hydraulic) and cylinder leakage test (hydraulic) in accordance with ANSI A.17 Safety Codes and local regulations. Inspector shall submit a copy of the test results to the COR. • Witness Three Year Load Test performed by Elevator Maintenance Contractor on elevators required, per the schedule of elevators. Testing to take place within the month of November in the Option Year 1 and Option Year 4 of the contract. The Maintenance Contractor shall perform load testing in accordance with ANSI safety codes and local regulations. Inspector shall submit a copy of the test results to the COR. • Witness Five Year Load Test performed by Elevator Maintenance Contractor on elevators required, per the schedule of elevators. Testing to take place in the Base Year and Option Year 4 of the contract and shall be scheduled in advance with the COR. The Maintenance Contractor shall perform load testing in accordance with ANSI safety codes and local regulations. Inspector shall submit a copy of the test results to the COR.
