Port Washington Road Water Main Relay

Project involves approximately 153 L.F. of 20-inch diameter water main relay, insulating 227 L.F. of existing and proposed 20-inch diameter water main, erosion control, concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement replacement, traffic control, and restoration. The Project Manager for this Project is Brennen E. All Work is included in a single prime contract. A pre-bid Conference will be held. Details are provided in the Instructions to Bidders of the Bidding Documents. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to the Village of Fox Point at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to the Village of Fox Point equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to the Village of Fox Point as liquidated damages. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The Village of Fox Point reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. Partial sets of Bidding Documents are not available. Neither Owner, Engineer nor Issuing Office is responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including any Addenda, obtained from other sources. The cost of Bidding Documents is non-refundable. Each entity obtaining Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office will be designated as a Plan Holder of Record. Bids received from entities who are not Plan Holders of Record may be returned as being nonresponsive. Project is located in the City of Glendale and extends from approximately 80 feet north of Karl Campus Road to 160 feet south of Karl Campus Road along North Point Washington Road
