Essex CSD Elementary Re-Roof Rebid

A. Construct Work to accommodate Owners occupancy requirements during the construction period, coordinate construction schedule and operations with Owner and Architect/Engineer 1. Work may be started on date submitted on bid form. 2. Work shall be Substantially Complete on or before the December 30, 2022. The Project consists of the demolition and construction of a new roof system with a total area of approximately 36,900 square feet. A single bid will be received for the work of the General Contractor including the work of the Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors. Work on the Project shall commence on date stated in bid form and must be completed not later than July 31, 2022 as indicated by the Preliminary Construction Schedule included with the Bid Documents. By virtue of statutory authority, a preference will be given to products and provisions grown and/or produced within the State of Iowa.
