Description

Generally speaking, the work includes materials and labor for surveying, site preparation and construction of ADA access to athletic fields in three areas of the South Valleys Regional Sports Complex per plans. The contractor shall make repairs to the irrigation system if damaged due to construction. Site A – Single Ball Field Area – new ADA compliant concrete ramp from the lower parking lot and a new apron to the bleachers area per plans. Site B – Four Ball Fields Area – new ADA compliant concrete ramp to access the ball fields from the upper parking lot per plans.. Site C – Lower Athletic Fields – new ADA compliant parking area with access to the grass athletic fields per plans.
