Description

This project is for leasing (1) One 10,000 gallon temporary pressure storage tank on a trailer. The tank and associated equipment will be used as a public water system potable drinking water tank and must conform to the EPA Safe Drinking Water Act, Massachusetts DEP Safe Drinking Water Regulations 310 CMR 21.00, American Waterworks Association Standards, National Park Service Public Health Policy RM 83, and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) code requirements. The tank shall be installed at a location indicated by Cape Cod National Seashore. The tank and its components shall be designed for an operating pressure of 60-80 PSI and be able to accommodate water hammer generated by the system. The contractor shall deliver the tank and make connection to an existing fire hydrant at a nearby location.
