Description

Replace four sets of double exterior doors including frames and thresholds and two single entry doors including frames and thresholds at the Pinecrest Club House located at 212 Prentice Street, Holliston, MA 01746. The double doors enter onto the back and side deck. One single door is located at the Kitchen on the side of the building and the other door is located at the bottom of the building next to the garage. The town would also like to replace the wooden trim around the base and vertical sides (around the vents) of the cupola on the roof of the building.
