Wetzel County Commissioners' Office, New Office Building Renovations

The Work includes complete renovation of the 2-story Commissioners Office building located at 251 Main Street, New Martinsville, WV 26155. Renovations include Commissioners meeting room, restrooms, and conference room on first floor, four (4) offices, restroom, break room and storage room on second floor. New flooring, wall finishes, drop ceilings, plumbing, electric, hot water heater and HVAC. Each Bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 100% of the Bid amount or by certified check or cashier's check in the amount of not less than 5% of the Bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids. If bids are 10% over the estimated project cost, the Owner will have the option to be rebid the project.
