Massapequa Union Free School District Ventilation Upgrades at Various Schools Mckenna Elementary School Sed No. 28-05-23-03-0-008-034 Unqua Elementary School Sed No. 28-05-23-03-0-007-032 Berner Middle School Sed No. 28-05-23-03-0-011-034 If proposals are submitted via delivery service (i.e. Fed-ex, UPS, in-person), building staff will be available to accept deliveries between the hours of 9 am and 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. If bids are submitted in person a drop box will be located within the purchasing office receptionist's lobby. Checks or money orders shall be made payable to MASSAPEQUA UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT. Plan deposit is refundable in accordance with the terms in the Instructions to Bidders to all submitting bids. Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs. Please note REVplans is the designated location and means for distributing and obtaining all bid package information. Only those Contract Documents obtained in this manner will enable a prospective bidder to be identified as an official plan holder of record. The Provider takes no responsibility for the completeness of Contract Documents obtained from other sources.
