Construction of the East River Road Overlay Project, which includes, approximately 144,000 square yards of rotomilling asphalt pavement, 25,000 tons of asphalt applied as an overlay to approximately 9 miles of the roadway with the option to add fiber reinforcement, approximately 24,000 linear feet of shoulder widening and repair, approximately 56,000 square feet of pavement repair, and related work.
