Description | The Town of Payson has been awarded a federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the State of Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) and will be accepting sealed bids from qualified firms or individuals with the appropriate license for the work The work involved includes the following: SCHEDULE I CAMPGROUND SIDEWALK SCHEDULE II CHARLIE TO DELTA ADA RAMP SCHEDULE III EAST OVERLOOK PARKING AND SIDEWALK SCHEDULE IV RESTAURANT ADA RAMP SCHEDULE V RESTROOM ADA IMPROVEMENTS Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Cashiers Check in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the total bid made payable to Town of Payson, or by a Bid Bond in like amount executed by a Surety Company. The Bidder must supply all the information required by the bid documents and he/she can bid on all Schedules, SchedulesI - IV, and/or Schedule V. The Town of Payson reservesthe rightto waive any informality in or to reject any or all portions of the various bid items. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days from the opening thereof. The proposed contract is under and subject to Executive Order 11246 of 24 September 1965, as amended and to the equal opportunity clause and the Standard Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Construction Contract Specifications, including the goals and timetables for minority and female participation. The proposed contract is subject to the provisions of Department of Transportation Regulations 49 CFR Part 26 (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation).
