| Description | Firm-Fixed Price Service Contract - Janitorial Services: all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner following the accepted practices of the trade. The stacking of chairs, waste baskets or other items of furniture will not be permitted. The contractor will not disturb papers or other materials left on desks or other furniture. Use of the telephone is prohibited, except in case of emergency. The contractor or his/her employees shall not tamper with office machines or other equipment in the office. All waste containers will be lined with plastic bags. All trash will be immediately removed from site by the Contractor. |
