| Description | A. Remove existing concrete parking area and walkways to step at both properties and haul away. B. Remove existing tree, grind stump, and remove existing roots at a 30 ft. radius of affected area and haul away. Apply copper sulfate to the soil to stop any future growth. C. All concrete to be poured at 4" in depth at each affected area. Must apply dirt or sand to make level on all sides of concrete so no additional trip hazards are added. i. Parking Area to be replaced is approximately 31-foot X 22 foot 3 inches X 4 inches deep. ii. Replace 2101 Turner Place walkway to existing dimensions of approximately 3 feet in width and 19 feet in length X 4 inches deep. iii. Replace 2102 Turner Place walkway to existing dimensions of approximately 3 feet in width and 5 feet in length X 4 inches deep. | ||||
