| Description | The Work consists of the following: Repair of the foundation slab. 1. Excavating approximately 172 LF of the building foundation. 2. Remove (chip away) failing concrete and remove/cut failing reinforcing steel. 3. Place new concrete foundation, attached to the existing foundation using reinforcing steel dowels and epoxy to existing concrete. 4. Remove and replace rear patio concrete pad (+/- 12’x20’). 5. Removal of the debris outside of park. 6. Backfill, regrade,and restore all the disturbed areas. |
