Description | A. Work of this Contract comprises of removing and replacing all existing kitchen cabinets, countertops, backspashes, appliances, flooring, acoustical ceiling tile systems, and light fixtures as required for the scope of work identified as Lincoln Manor - Interior Renovations at Buildings ST and UV. The general scope of work shall include (but is not limited to) the removal, preparation and installation of all items and associated work as shown on drawings and specified. B. The contractor must provide all material, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature and all other services and facilities necessary to complete the construction for the Owner, including all incidental work as required or described in the contract documents. C. The selected Contractor shall be responsible for pre-ordering and storing all new interior materials and equipment prior to the start of construction scheduled for April 2023. The contractor shall include in their bid all costs associated with the storage of all material and equipment in a secure off-site facility and the delivery of the material and equipment to the site when the project is ready to receive the material and equipment to be installed in the existing building. D. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing-impaired must notify the Lincoln Housing Authority at (401) 724-8910 seventy-two hours prior to bid opening. The Time for Completion Set Forth in the Contract is One Hundred Twenty ( 120 ) Calendar Days |
