Furnishing labor, materials, and equipment to prepare the subgrade and construct concrete curb and gutter, concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, Hot-mix asphalt pavement (or concrete pavement option), and paint pavement marking to construct a parking lot at 238 Walnut Street in Oglesby, IL. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The Work will be substantially completed on or before May26, 2023, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before June 1, 2023.
