Description

Renovation to the S&T Bank Arena includes but is not limited to: Replacement of the Ice Rink Dehumidification system, central lobby and common space HVAC system. New HVAC system for Turf Rink system. New electrical power systems associated with new HVAC systems. New Insulation upgrades at metal building wall panel system, and new roof resurfacing and insulation upgrades. Interior renovations to provide an ADA compliant Locker Room. Work will be awarded under multiple prime contracts: General Construction, HVAC Construction, Plumbing Construction and Electrical Construction.
