Data and Voice Structured Cabling

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, University of Massachusetts Lowell will receive sealed proposals: Data & Voice Structured Cabling Scope- This work may include, but not be limited to, low voltage structured data cabling, both copper and fiber, and related work such as terminations, labeling, faceplate installations, racks, patch panels, related equipment and installation of wireless access points for project management. Each general bid proposal must be secured by an accompanying deposit of 5% of total bid amount in the form of a bid bond or certified or treasurer's or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company (personal check or cash not accepted) payable to Umass Lowell. All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of either or both Mass. G.L., Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended and Mass. G.L., Chapter 149, Section 44A - 44J inclusive. Attention is directed to the minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Industries under the provisions of Mass. G.L., Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27D inclusive. Requests for clarification or additional information are to be submitted through the Opportunity Q&A Feature within the specified project on the UMASS Supplier Portal by WEDNESDAY, APRIL 5, 2023 BY 2:00 PM.
