The Government's estimate is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A full solicitation package will be posted on or about May 29, 2023. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. PROJECT LOCATION The Glen Ellis Falls Scenic Area is located off of the west side of White Mountain Road (NH16) approximately 8.5 miles north of the junction of NH-16 with NH-16A in Jackson, New Hampshire. SCOPE OF CONTRACT Work includes the improvement of the access road and parking area including relocation and new pavement and sidewalks; repair and construction of a portion of hiking trail; improvements to site drainage; reconstruction of a retaining wall; demolition and construction of vault toilet; and improvements to recreation features.
