Rehabilitate Runway 10-28 Phase I

Runway rehabilitation and includes the rehabilitation of 30,500 SY of Runway pavement and the hold lines of the Taxiways. This rehabilitation includes variable depth milling, variable depth true and levelling course and surface course paving as well as replacing the existing Runway cabling, LED lights, signs and electrical vault work as well as pavement reconstruction, partial depth crack repairs, runway grooving, turf grading, topsoiling, seeding and mulching. Additive Alternate No. 1 includes the rehabilitation of an additional 5,800 SY of pavement including variable depth milling, variable depth true and levelling course and surface course paving as well as partial depth crack repairs, runway grooving, turf grading, topsoiling, seeding and mulching. Additive Alternate No. 2 includes the replacement of the Runway 10 and Runway 28 PAPI systems and cabling as well as the installation of a new Beacon and tip-down tower, removal of the existing beacon and vault work.
