| Description | Locations: Work includes, but is not limited to the following locations in the City of Augusta, ME; City right of ways (ROW), parks, cemeteries, public school grounds, project sites and other city owned property. Required Services: A. The contract will be for a one (1) year period commencing upon execution of the contract and receipt of all necessary paperwork and insurances B. The Tree Contractor shall furnish all personnel, tools, specialized equipment, and services in conformance with the terms and conditions as outlined. The Tree Contractor shall have on staff properly licensed, certified and trained personnel that possess the ability to perform tree work. C. The Tree Contractor shall be responsible to obtain necessary permits from the City of Augusta, State of Maine, or any other entities when performing any type of tree work under this contract. The work to be performed under this Agreement shall commence on November 26, 2018 and shall be continuous until November 25, 2019. | ||
