Description

The proposed project will involve reconstruction of deteriorated, undersized, and non-standard water, sewer, and storm drain main lines and laterals / services to increase utility system efficiency and capacity. The utility system work will require reconstruction of corresponding pavement structural sections. Additionally, the project will replace non-compliant curb ramps and alley-approaches to satisfy standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). CDBG funds will only finance a portion of the overall project costs and account specifically for concrete items, such as curb ramps, alley approaches, and cross gutters. All work will be done in existing City right-of-way and will not impede on private properties
