Description

Qualified and well established Design-Build Firms (DBF) to provide design and construction services for the Yacht Club Seawall Replacement located at 820 Indian River Drive, Sebastian, FL 32958. Seawall replacement includes the north side seawall that extends on shore to the south side property line, including the boat ramp area. Project will include replacement of sidewalks, new railings and new pavilions that will be removed during construction.
