Vineyard Public Works Facility Project

The project includes utilities, grading, prep and construction of the following: Maintenance Building: 5,260 sq. ft. on level 1 and 1,787 sq. ft. on level 2 of pre-engineered building. Concrete slab on grade having 3-vehicular storage bays and support space; restrooms, locker room breakroom, mechanical/electrical rooms, laundry room and break-out area for employee data input. The pre-engineered structure sits on a perimeter concrete wall. The exterior finishes are pre-finished composite insulated metal wall and pre-finished insulated composite roof panels. The interior partitions dividing spaces are framed in 2x4 wood framing with scheduled finish. The level 2 floor system is concrete over metal decking. The support structure for level 2 is by the pre-engineered building manufacturer. Salt Storage Building: 1,600 sq. ft. of pre-engineer building. Exterior finishes are pre-finished metal wall and pre-finished metal roof panels. The pre-engineered structure sits on a perimeter concrete wall. One end of the structure is opened to allow loader access. The interior is a concrete slab on grade.
