This Project is the Thin Asphalt Overlay and Bridge Preservation on I-99 From Newry Pulloff to Tyrone Interchange in Blair, Logan, Allegheny, Freedom, Greenfield, Antis, and Snyder Townships, and Duncansville, Tyrone, and City of Altoona Borough, Blair County. Also Included in This Contract is Pavement Base Failure Repair, Updating the Existing Guiderail and Signing and Pavement Markings to Meet Current Specifications and Maintaining Existing Drainage. Channel Repair and Slope Pipe South of the Paving Limits Are Included With the Project as Indicated on the Approved Drawings Included in the Bid Package for State Route 0099, Section 021, 022, and 028, in Blair County Blair, Logan, Allegheny, Freedom, Greenfield, Antis, and Snyder Townships, and Duncansville, Tyrone, and City of Altoona Borough From Approximately Newry Pulloff at Segment 0145 Offset 2073 to Approximately Tyrone Interchange at Segment 0474 Offset 0416.
