Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services for HVAC

All questions shall be submitted via email to Hong Lee, Contract Administrator, at hlee@cityofgardena.org, no later than August 30, 2022. Any bid received after the hour stated above for any reason whatsoever, will be considered non-responsive and disqualified. The City reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this Notice Inviting Informal Bids/Quotes at any time without prior notification and the City makes no representations that any contract will be awarded to any contractor responding to the notice. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, waive any information or irregularity in any bid received and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective bids received. The award, if made, will be made based on the Best Value (taking into consideration of qualifications, experience, and costs).
