| Description | Work includes, but is not limited to: site clearing, utility relocation, and new construction of a replacement Animal Shelter facility. Additionally, the contractor will: relocate and reinstall existing crematory, (2) two HVAC units, existing walk-in cooler, and existing metal carport. One existing shed will be relocated on site as well as reuse of existing personnel lockers. The existing Animal Shelter facility must remain operational during the construction of the new facility and accessible to the public. Following occupation of the new Animal Shelter facility, the contractor shall demolish the existing building onsite, and complete site grading and pavement. The contractor will coordinate the site utilities with the associated utility companies including, but not limited to power, telephone, cable and other utilities identified in the field. |
