Pecan Acres Sustainable Resettlement Program -contract C - Residential Construction, Phase Ii Each Bidder Must Deposit Bid, Security in the Amount of at Least Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid. The Successful Bidder Shall Be Required to Furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, in an Amount Equal to 100% of the Contract Amount. The Project is Supported by Federal Community Development Block Grant Funds, and Includes Requirements Under the Davis-bacon Act; Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 (Low Income Resident Participation); Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (Non-discrimination); Section 503 (Non-discrimination Against Employees With Disabilities) and Section 504 (Non-discrimination Against Individuals With Disabilities) of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; Executive Order 11246 (Contractors and Subcontractors Nondiscrimination); and All Applicable Laws and Regulations of the Federal Government and the State of Louisiana.
