Base Bid Proposal - “Hot Mix Asphalt” Approximately 5.38 miles of two inch (2”) HMAC on 19 Roadways in the City of Groves, Texas including pulverizing and mixing the existing base material, adding four inches (4”) of new limestone base material, and a two inch (2”) HMAC surface, along with all associated appurtenances in keeping with the engineers plans and specifications. Alternate Bid Proposal - “Two Course Surface Treatment” Approximately 5.38 miles of two (2) course surface treatment on 19 Roadways in the City of Groves, Texas including pulverizing and mixing existing base material, adding four inches (4”) new limestone base material, and two (2) course surface treatment along with all associated appurtenances in keeping with the engineers plans and specifications. Alternate Bid Proposal - Approximately 0.54 miles of “Level Up Only” on 25th Street.
