Description

This scope of work requires relocating existing potable water and fire main service at the Thrasher Horne Performing Arts Center to a new location on the north side of the campus perimeter roadway. SJR State College Civil Engineer and Clay County Utility Authority Engineers have designed and approved the proposed design changes to include installation of a new 8 inch back-flow preventer (Fire Main) and 4 inch back-flow preventer (potable water) plus new potable water meter box, meter and associated under-ground piping.
